Integrative Holistic Psychology
Healing That Honors Mind, Body, and Spirit
At St. Petersburg Holistic Psychology Clinic, we believe that healing happens when mind, body, and spirit are in balance. Our integrative approach blends evidence-based psychology with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and compassionate presence to help you reconnect with your inner strength.
Licensed Psychologist & Owner
After earning my doctorate in clinical psychology, I began my career practicing traditional psychotherapy — but something felt incomplete. While exploring thoughts and emotions created progress, I sensed that true healing required more than insight alone.
Over time, I began weaving mind, body, and spirit practices into my sessions. What followed was profound. My clients weren’t just understanding themselves better — they were transforming. Real, lasting change emerged as we addressed the root, not just the surface.
Conscious counseling grew from this realization. It’s an integrative process that combines psychological tools with body-based awareness and mindfulness, honoring the whole human. The result is a collaborative, grounded, and deeply healing experience.
If you’re ready to live a life that feels full, free, and no longer ruled by your emotions or thoughts, it begins with a holistic approach to your healing.
Dr. Kimberly Carnall, PsyD
Our holistic framework looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person—your emotions, history, relationships, and environment. Together, we work toward lasting change that honors your individuality and fosters self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment.
