Dr. Kimberly Carnall, PsyD
Licensed Psychologist | Owner | Supervisor
I’m honored you’re here.
If you’re ready to release emotional and mental patterns that keep you stuck, heal from trauma, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that long to feel alive, you’ve found the right place.
Welcome to the journey of self-discovery and healing — where you awaken to who you truly are and begin living with joy, purpose, and clarity.
My Approach
As a classically trained clinical psychologist, I weave evidence-based psychology with holistic and spiritual practices to support whole-person healing.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for transformation — I may be the steady ship, but you are the captain.
My style is warm, empowering, and collaborative. Together, we’ll move toward your highest good and uncover the answers that have always been within you.
How I Work
I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities, including:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Interpersonal Process & Psychodynamic Therapy
Humanistic, Existential, and Transpersonal Psychotherapy
Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Therapy
Energy-Healing Principles (upon request)
This blend — what I call Integrative Holistic Psychotherapy— unites psychological tools with spiritual and energetic healing, allowing transformation at every level of being.
My Philosophy
Healing is not just about insight — it’s about integration.
I view wellness through a whole-person lens, addressing the mind, body, and spirit as one interconnected system.
Therapy is a collaborative process where you already hold the wisdom; my role is to help you access and trust it. Every person has the capacity to heal, evolve, and live with greater peace, freedom, and purpose.
If you’re navigating past trauma, I also provide specialized support through trauma-informed care, as well as Couples Counseling for partners seeking deeper connection and emotional safety.
A Final Thought
You deserve a life that feels grounded, joyful, and whole.
Together, we’ll use both psychological and spiritual tools to help you reclaim that balance — so you can live fully, authentically, and aligned with your highest self.
If this resonates, I invite you to reach out to learn more and see if we’re a good fit for your therapy journey.
