Initial Intake
A comprehensive intake evaluation consists of a 90-minute interview collecting appropriate background information, historical data, and collateral information to determine the best measures and assessments to use to answer the questions you are seeking.
Testing
Expect to be here the full day (or two half days) for a full psychological evaluation, assessments cover the specific referral question as well as what we deem would be appropriate given the individuals presentation during the initial intake. Some referral questions can be, learning and gifted evaluations, academic performance, attention, memory, speech and language, social skills, ADHD and autism evaluations, developmental and other cognitive evaluations, psychological and personality evaluations.
Feedback
Expect the feedback session to be 2 weeks following testing as we take our time to score, analyze, and write a thorough evaluation report. This report can be utilized in school settings or for other treatment providers that can understand a psychological evaluation.
Pricing and Insurance: while we offer the ability to utilize your insurance, there is no way of knowing if insurance will cover a specific evaluation until after submitted, and you will be required to pay the full price of the services rendered. Typically, insurances do not cover learning disability evaluations or assessments.
Pricing typically ranges from $800 - $3500, depending on assessments utilized, length of time to complete evaluation and report, and specific referral question.
