Brooke McGriff, MA
I am currently a Psychology Associate at the St. Petersburg Holistic Psychology Clinic supervised by Dr. Kimberly Carnall, receiving my Doctorate Degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University, an APA accredited training program. My passion is guiding individuals across all stages of life who are grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional and behavioral difficulties. I am also interested in working with the forensic population and individuals with personality disorders. I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of growth and positive change. By fostering a strong, supportive connection with my clients, I aim to create a safe space where they feel understood and empowered. I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment while offering honest guidance to facilitate healing and personal growth. My therapeutic approach integrates various perspectives and techniques from different therapy approaches, to gain a holistic and comprehensive understanding of each client's unique needs. Given my experience in working with clients from diverse backgrounds who have a range of mental health challenges, I am dedicated to understanding and addressing the complexities of mental health across diverse populations. My goal is to collaborate with clients in exploring their history, identifying challenges, and setting meaningful therapy goals for their journey toward well-being. It is a privilege to support clients on their path to healing and resilience, and I look forward to working with you!
