WHAT?
Join us at SPHPC for group-therapy specialized for those wanting to process and take steps towards healing from trauma. A group offers an opportunity to connect with others, learn in a safe environment, & address trauma.
Purpose
- Using evidence-based Interpersonal Therapy, the aim of the group is to: 
- Create a safe space and provide a communit 
- Reduce trauma symptoms and foster symptom management skills 
- Discuss coping skills 
- Create an environment that is empowering that can foster self-esteem 
- Gain insight from a group centered approach 
Group Qualifications
- This group is an Adult group, anyone that is 18 years and older may qualify 
- All genders are welcome 
- Accepting of other's race and ethnicities, gender and sexual identities, and backgrounds. 
 Group Specifics
- This is a Closed group, therefore the group will continue each week with the same individuals to promote an environment of trust and support. 
- The group will be lead by Ally Johnson, MA and Evin Janik, MA under the supervsion of Dr. Kimberly Carnall. 
WHEN & WHERE
- Located at SPHPC, St. Petersburg 
- Friday afternoons from 2-3 pm 
- Sessions will run for 10 weeks 
- beginning Friday September 13th - 
 November 15th
- Groups will run an hour and half long 
- Cost Information: $50 per session

- An intake interview is conducted to assess presentation, fit, and more information regarding the group.
